Are you tired of diet after diet where you lose weight, only to put the weight right back on, once you are off the diet? Have you noticed that after each diet, you not only gain back all that you lost, but you always gain a few extra pounds?

That's me, before and after losing weight with the Cajun Diet.

This is the first diet that explained that phenomenon to me. I did not know that there are 3 types of fat in our bodies: structural, normal and abnormal fat.

Structural fat is the good fat that is around your organs that gives support and cushion to the organs. Structural fat is around your muscles to create shape and form. One example of structural fat is the fat that is around your face between the skin and muscles that gives support and structure to your face and neck.

Normal fat is the fat in our bodies that is “good” fat that we want to have. In women, it is the fat that is in the breasts. It is also the fat that is in the buttocks. Normal fat is the fat that makes women curvy and men so robust.

Abnormal fat is the fat none of us want, but unfortunately we all have an abundance of this nuisance fat in our bodies. It is the fat in our abdomens, our thighs, our double chins, our upper arms and any other place where fat is unattractive.

Here’s why other diets usually result in failure. When you go on a regular diet, the first two fats that your body can easily burn are the structural and normal fats. This is when you lose weight in places you don’t want to lose, while not being able to lose weight in the areas where you really need to lose only the “nuisance” or abnormal fat. When you lose structural and normal fat, you usually also lose some muscle mass as well, since you are losing the fat that supports that muscle.

This is why people complain of losing weight in their faces, and notice they start to look haggard and older. Men complain of losing weight in their buttocks and chest area and upper arms. Women complain of losing fullness in their breasts. These are all areas where most of us do not want to lose weight.

The problem with most diets is that once someone loses 20 pounds of structural and normal fat, they are usually “fed up” with the diet. Most people are frustrated that they have not achieved the “lean youthful look” they were hoping to achieve.

Abnormal fat is the last fat that your body will burn in the average diet. This is the fat that your self-preservation instinct holds onto in the event of future starvation. Any time your body senses depravation, it holds tightly onto the abnormal fat reserves. Once the depravation is over, it wants to be sure and adds some supplemental fat reserves, in the event of the next “diet”.

As soon as you get back to eating regular again, your body’s mission is to replace the structural and normal fat that you lost. Basically you have just “undone” everything you tried to accomplish with the weight loss. The self-preservation instinct kicks in at this point, and adds a few extra pounds, to be ready for the next round of starvation, whenever that may come in the future.

This is why the average person gets larger and larger each time after they diet.

The HCG hormone (Human Chorionic Gonadatrophin) is found in pregnant women’s urine. Our drops are a synthetic form of that hormone. The HCG creates a form of “false pregnancy” in both men and women who take these drops.

When a woman is pregnant, if she doesn’t eat the calories needed to maintain her current weight and to sustain the body, her body goes into her “abnormal” fat reserves to burn the fat needed for fuel – energy. As the “host” for the developing baby, it is important that the pregnant woman not lose any structural fat or normal fat. The “host” must remain healthy, so the baby can have a healthy environment in which to grow.

The diet works the same way for men or women. Both groups weight loss is targeted at the abnormal fat in their bodies.

The HCG hormone also helps to “reset” your hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is what controls your hunger sensor.

Losing or gaining weight has nothing to do with your family genes. It almost always comes down to your brain. A small area of your brain that sits below the thalami called the hypothalamus. It is also known as the diencephalon. The hypothalamus is located in your head and is the connecting link between the nervous system and your hormones. This is what controls your sense of hunger.

Our weight loss protocol centers around resetting the hypothalamus. This will allow your hypothalamus to reset and function correctly and allow your body to control cravings and distribute your fat accordingly.

Typically clients lose ˝ to 1 pound a day while on the 40-day diet. You will not be losing muscle mass, structural fat or normal fat. You will be losing the unwanted fat reserves in your body (abnormal fat) and allowing your body and hypothalamus to completely reset themselves.

In our weight loss protocol, we use a sublingual formulation that effectively resets the hypothalamus when used in conjunction with a very specific low calorie diet. Dr. A.T.W. Simeons in Rome, Italy developed this diet in 1954. This diet has been proven to work consistently if a client adheres to the specific protocol.

Throughout this weight loss protocol, you will notice that habits may change and when your body has completely reset, your weight will stay off unlike any other diets you may have previously tried!
